What we collect
When you order, we ask for your name, mobile number and delivery address, and optionally your email. When you contact us or join our newsletter, we keep the details you send us.
How we use it
We use your details only to confirm and deliver your order, answer your questions and — if you signed up — send you news about new books and free activity sheets.
Who we share it with
We share your name, phone number and address with our courier so they can deliver your parcel. We never sell your information.
Learning videos
Our free lessons are hosted on YouTube and shown on this site. YouTube may use cookies when a video plays; see Google's privacy policy for details.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time, and you can unsubscribe from our emails with one click.
