Delivery

After you order, we call to confirm your address. Your parcel is then sent by courier and usually arrives within [X–Y] working days. The courier may call you before delivery.

Paying on delivery

You pay the courier in cash for your books plus the LKR [X] delivery charge. No card or bank transfer is needed.

Damaged or wrong items

If a book arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, message us on WhatsApp within [7] days with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

Returns and exchanges
